Dandenong Ranges

The Dandenong Ranges, a set of low mountain ranges at Mount Dandenong in the city's east, is renowned for it's beautiful forests, breath-taking views, sense of community, local crafts, fine dining and luxury accommodation.

There is lots to see and do at the Ranges including animals and wildlife such as kangaroo, wombats, emu, and deer, markets, fresh farm produce and the unmissable Puffing Billy Train, a century-old steam train which still runs on its original mountain track from Belgrave to Gembrook.
