Melbourne Cycling Festival 2007

The Melbourne Cycling Festival, a new event for 2007 is a celebration of all things cycling from racing to commuting and recreation and all things in between held over the entire weekend of October 19 - 21.
The festival kicks off on Friday October 19 with the opening of GO Bike, an expo showcasing the world of cycling. On Saturday a women’s criterium featuring Australia’s best will precede the penultimate stage of the Jayco Herald Sun Tour which will see the riders compete in the ‘race of truth’ an Individual Time Trial, around the Botanical Gardens.
And finally, on Sunday, 15,500 riders will take on the challenge of riding in the Portfolio Partners Around the Bay in a Day!
