The Prahran Market in Melbourne is the oldest continually running market in Australia with its origins dating as far back as 1864.

Today, the market has become one of the city's premier food precincts with a large selection of fresh meat, fish, deli and fruit and vegetable sections. The atmosphere is always fantastic and the market regularly attracts visitors to its assortment of cafes, bakeries, and wine shops.
